In Office Appointments

For the safety of our patients as well as our staff members, we are following the provincial guidelines for concerns about the novel coronavirus. Rest assured that cleanliness, good hygiene and safety is our priority at our clinic. This includes proper hand washing and increasing our regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
  • Clients must frequently wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.
  • If you would like to change your clothes for your appointment, please bring your own change of clothes (eg. shorts, t-shirt, tank top, pants, etc.).
  • All staff members are required to wear face masks and conduct frequent hand washing or hand sanitizing.
  • Frequent sanitizing of physiotherapy equipment and various office surfaces are performed.
  • Plexiglass is installed at the front desk to ensure the safety between clients and front desk staff members.

Additional Advice

A reminder that to most people, the risk of COVID-19 remains low, but as always during cold and influenza season we advise: The best protection is proper hand washing, including before and after you eat your meals. Hand washing is the best way of preventing all respiratory virus infections. Avoid touching your eyes and nose prior to washing your hands.

You can also help stop the spread of viruses by practicing good cough and sneeze etiquette. Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue. Throw the used tissue into a garbage can and then wash your hands. If you do not have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your sleeve.

Here is a list of the resources and links that we recommend for further information.
If you have any additional questions or inquiries, please call our office at 604-435-5200 or email us at cparkphysio@gmail.com.

Thank you for your co-operation and patience during this time. We look forward to assisting you in your recovery and we will get through this together.
